How we can help
Specialist, trauma-informed therapy, led by a Chartered Clinical Psychologist with a background in trauma, perinatal mental health and supporting people through major life transitions.
Birth trauma, fertility and perinatal
Specialist support through infertility, IVF and pregnancy loss, difficult or traumatic births, and the upheaval of early parenthood. Using trauma-informed approaches such as EMDR, we help painful experiences feel less raw, so you can move forward without being pulled back into what happened.
Grief, loss & life transitions
Loss takes many forms: a bereavement, a relationship ending, a change in health or identity. When grief is tangled up with trauma, it can feel stuck. We offer a compassionate space to make sense of what’s happened and find a way to carry it.
Anxiety, low mood & burnout
Anxiety and low mood often have roots in earlier experiences. Rather than just managing symptoms, we work to understand where they come from, using evidence-based therapies including CBT, ACT and Compassion Focused Therapy, with specialist trauma therapy where needed.
ADHD, neurodiversity & family support
Support for young people and adults after diagnosis, and for the families around them. Many neurodivergent people carry years of feeling misunderstood or criticised. We help make sense of that, build self-compassion, and find strategies that genuinely fit how you work.
What our clients say

My daughter worked with Jodie for a year to help stress related to exams and school. She really helped us to understand the situation and gave us loads of strategies to try.

I found my therapy sessions warm and friendly. I actually looked forward to them once I got over my initial nerves. I felt sad to finish the sessions but it was also great as I felt better.

I went to see Jodie as I was feeling lost after having my first baby. The sessions helped me get through the tunnel and start to enjoy my time with my baby.
